Summary of Responsibilities:
Organisation and control of promotional activities, communications media and advertising materials to effectively promote TempRite® products and services to customers and end users.
Support the Business Director and the sales team to achieve their financial targets.
Provide administrative support to the Business Director and the Technical Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Marketing Communication :
Central point of contact for all marketing communications initiatives within the region EMEA
Manage communication channels (trade shows, seminars, printing, advertising, website, inbound marketing support)
Manage marketing communications budget and expenses
Sales Support :
Rolling forecast entries
Price and sales incentive agreements entries in Vendavo
Calculations of commissions for MEA and Pakistan
Enter purchase requisitions and new vendors in SAP
Follow up on supply and sales incentive agreements
Follow up on website inquiries (QAP and my Lubrizol.com)
Organize sales meetings
- Travel and visa arrangements for Business Director and Technical Manager
Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication management
Experience in a comparable role in sales or marketing (>5 years preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Other European language is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SharePoint and HubSpot is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of social media and familiar with digital marketing techniques such as inbound marketing
You have an open mind and a positive attitude, strong team spirit and are flexible.
You can work independently and with accuracy
You are result oriented with excellent planning and organisational skills
