To develop and grow the PHC business of Lubrizol by being aware of customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist the sales and market development activities to promote growth of the business for assigned accounts and territories.
Collaborate with channel partners to achieve assigned volume/value growth
Foster and grow the appropriate business relationships both internally and externally.
Develop and implement aggressive sales plans at the territory and account level.
Effectively communicate with internal R&D, Marketing, and Operations group.
Create and implement account plans that are well aligned with the business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical or related science with 2-3 years of professional sales experience.
Strong knowledge of the personal and home care market.
External customer relations experience in sales, customer service, or technical service.
Willing and able to travel
Presentation and computer skills.
