Account Manager Sales PHC

PURPOSE:

To develop and grow the PHC business of Lubrizol by being aware of customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist the sales and market development activities to promote growth of the business for assigned accounts and territories.

  • Collaborate with channel partners to achieve assigned volume/value growth

  • Foster and grow the appropriate business relationships both internally and externally.

  • Develop and implement aggressive sales plans at the territory and account level.

  • Effectively communicate with internal R&D, Marketing, and Operations group.

  • Create and implement account plans that are well aligned with the business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical or related science with 2-3 years of professional sales experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the personal and home care market.

  • External customer relations experience in sales, customer service, or technical service.

  • Willing and able to travel

  • Presentation and computer skills.
