Lubrizol Advanced Materials is currently seeking anInside Sales Representativefor its Lubrizol LifeSciences (LLS) business located in Wilmington, MA.

Summary of Responsibilities

To provide support to Field Sales team as it pertains to the LLS polymers business, as well as accountability for growth at a selected portfolio of direct accounts. Providing support, updating and maintaining files, collating information to be put forward to the necessary people, organizing meetings, and acting as a liaison between departments. This job is located in the WILMINGTON facility.

What you will do:

  • Direct Account management which includes contacting assigned accounts or prospects to sell LLS polymers with a focus on achieving personal sales targets, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer issues

  • Provide sales support for LLS field sales team with focus on the LLS polymer portfolio

  • Compile monthly sales reports and customer/product information reports

  • Process and follow up on sample requests

  • Process customer complaints and manage follow up working with customers and various Lubrizol departments/fucntions.

  • Create and run SAP or BOBJ reports as requested by the North American Sales Manager

  • Initiate NDAs and provide term sheets

  • Direct leads to Field Sales team

  • Effectively communicate with customers as requested by Field Sales and with internal departments

  • Update and maintain office files (electronic or hardcopy) to ensure data integrity

  • Organize sales meetings including travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Adhere to and promote compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.

What you need:

  • Proficient use of SAP (BOBJ , CRM), MS Office and SharePoint products

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience interacting and selling to customers while assisting a sales team

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • General office skills including but not limited to planning, prioritizing tasks, organization, and attention to detail.

  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
