Marketing Manager: Performance Coatings
Location: Blackley, Manchester or European base can be considered

Lubrizol Advanced Materials are looking to recruit a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Performance Coatings team.
You will develop and implement a marketing strategy, whilst taking responsibility for the day to day business, positioning Lubrizol Products within the market and provide the management of the technical support.
In this role you will support the sale of products with customer contact and / or merchandising.
You will ensure regional alignment to the global marketing and business strategy and support continuous profitable growth.
Experience of managing a team is a must, as you will have direct line management responsibility for a team, based in the UK and across Europe.
This role, can be based from the Lubrizol Manchester site, or at one of Lubrizol’s offices across Europe.
If successful, you will: -
Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy for a given market segment in line with global marketing and business strategy.
Direct marketing activities in all areas of the marketing mix to reach continuous profitable growth in line with business strategy.
Set pricing strategy by analysing price and margin.
Direct and develop promotional activities, sales tools, advertising, customer presentations, trade shows and conferences.
Define new product development projects.
Provide market intelligence including showing opportunities, trends and market requirements.
Be a Key Member of the Regional Business Team
Report Directly to the Regional Business Director
To be successful you will have:-
Typically educated to degree level in a business/marketing or technical discipline or with equivalent experience.
Min. 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or business development.
Very good English skills. Additional European language is an asset.
