Located in one of our European sites, preferably at Brussels at https://www.brussels.info/ /Belgium, Derby at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derby (Hazelwood)/UK or Rouen /France, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer EMEA (m./f./gn.).

You will be part of our newly established regional Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition and will have an impact on building our in-house sourcing function.

Working closely with HR partners and hiring managers across Europe you will be accountable to execute employer branding and talent sourcing techniques to resource strong candidates for business-critical positions and to build talent pipelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Active Sourcing of candidates by searching and winning talent through networking and employer branding

  • Use various social media channels (incl. LinkedIn), web sourcing, job boards, networking and other channels to identify potential candidates

  • Ensure proper understanding of job requirements and define selling proposition with hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners for vacancies across EMEA

  • Prescreen and present candidates to hiring manager, HRBPs and TA Partners

  • Understand future talent needs in crucial business or functional areas to create accurate proactive recruitment campaigns and talent pools

  • Gain talent market insights, share those internally and be the voice of the market to assist with workforce planning and advise HRBPs, TA Partners and hiring managers concerning recruitment strategies

  • Leverage market expertise along with internal factors to create effective recruitment campaigns

  • Represent Lubrizol’s employer brand at the talent markets

  • Manage data integrity and content in CRM System

The role requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales, Economics, HR – or comparable education

  • Min. 2 years of talent sourcing experience either in a recruitment agency or an in-house Talent Acquisition team

  • Experienced with sourcing/engagement tools such as LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, job boards, text to recruit, video interviewing

  • Ability to influence/attract across a wide range of candidate types in different European countries

  • Strong networker with very good communication and influencing skills

  • Sales mentality

  • Language skills: English (fluent), any other European language is an asset

  • Willing to travel from time to time
