Role: Lipotec Finished Goods (FG) Customer Relationship Specialist

Location: Spain – Barcelona (Lipotec at Gava)

Reporting to : Customer Service Supervisor

Job brief: We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to manage customer relationship of Finished Goods, from Reception of Purchasing Order to deliver Finished Goods in agreed conditions, acting as an external and internal liaison. To ensure order processing until delivery, providing product information and resolving any emerging problem, questions etc, that our customers might face with accuracy and efficacy. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure that structures of FG articles in Ekon are registered and updated

  • Know and understand logistic conditions of delivery according to customer requests.

  • Register new FG customers into the system

  • Keep updated commercial conditions in Ekon of FG references, pricing, MOQ, etc.

  • Liaison with customers and internal departments involved in FG deliveries (Operations, New Business Segments)

  • Reception of FG Purchasing Order’s (PO), verifying them (loop with customer) and introduce them into Ekon.

  • Manage PO throughout Operational Organization, getting commitment about delivery and in touch with customer.

  • PO Incident management with customer and Account Manager (Delivery date, amounts, Quality complaints, etc.)

  • Provide information about PO’s status and statistics.

  • Keep updated information in SalesForce about Order/Sales of FG Customers

  • Support to Packaging Specialist

  • Finding ways to Measure customer satisfaction and improve services

  • Investigating and solving customer’s problems

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

Successful applicant will have:

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of Business Administration, ADE or similar

  • Proven working experience (5 years +) as a CRM manager, Customer service, etc. in the cosmetics, chemical industry, etc. with a toll manufacturing/third party manufacturing company

  • Fluent Spanish and English (advanced level, spoken and written)

  • Logical thinking and creative problem solving ability. Great attention to details

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MRP’s

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Problem-solving skills .
