Role: Lipotec Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Location: Spain – Barcelona (Lipotec at Gava)
Reporting to : Sales Manager
Purpose: This position involves an experience Customer-oriented service representative to act as an external and internal liaison. To ensure order processing for a defined geographic area and providing product information and resolving any emerging problem, questions that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Liaison with Clients
Liaison with Internal departments
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Successful applicant will have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Desk.
Education: Minimum Degree equivalent to the Spanish Bachillerato / Sales Professional Module or University Diplomate.
Fluent in Spanish & French, as well English
Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientated and ability to adapt.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
