Role: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Spain – Barcelona (Lipotec at Gava)
Reporting to : Lipotec QA & HSES Mgr.
The position will join the newly created team of Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Environment & Security of Lipotec (QA & HSES),
To help in the maintenance of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001 and GMP standards
To contribute to the further development of the QA Management System.
Prepare, perform and follow-up audits both internal and to external suppliers.
Collaborate with supplier management at a Quality level regarding risks and evaluation of performance.
Collaborate with the management of training and qualification of employees.
Prepare and perform specific GMP training for employees.
Perform specific training for new hiring’s.
Revise integrity of the batches manufactured at Lipotec facilities.
Collaborate in delivering quality-related information and documents for customers under request.
Lead the periodical revision of the performance of the Quality Assurance System.
Collaborate with the measurement of the customer satisfaction on Lipotec performance.
Collaborate with HSES personnel in building an integrated QA & HSES Management System.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
BS or MS in Sciences from an accredited university. Professionals with other related technical background, including degrees below BS level, accrediting enough industrial experience in the field will be considered for this position.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. Expertise on ISO 9001:2015 version will be valued.
Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices and/or Good Documentation Practices standards will be valued.
At least 3 years’ experience on quality management systems.
Fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge of other languages and advanced computer skills will be valued.
Proactive approach to problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
