Administrative Assistant (Contract)

ROLE:

Provide administrative support to the Seremban operations to ensure effective and efficient operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Managing 3rd party cleaner.

  • Managing stationaries, sundries, PR/PO, invoices etc.

  • Review Plant overtime and work schedule in the time attendance system.

  • Travel assistance to travelers.

  • Lodging and transportation assistance to Lubrizol employees visiting the plant.

  • Arrange food for inhouse training, townhall etc.

  • Minimum HR support in training, HRDF claims etc. REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business or Marketing

  • Minimum 3 years of admin support experience

  • Required to be able to speak and write in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Proficient in oral and written communication
