Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Provide administrative support to the Seremban operations to ensure effective and efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Managing 3rd party cleaner.
Managing stationaries, sundries, PR/PO, invoices etc.
Review Plant overtime and work schedule in the time attendance system.
Travel assistance to travelers.
Lodging and transportation assistance to Lubrizol employees visiting the plant.
Arrange food for inhouse training, townhall etc.
Minimum HR support in training, HRDF claims etc. REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of admin support experience
Required to be able to speak and write in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in oral and written communication
