Business Development Manager - CPI China
The Business Development Manager Manager is accountable for working with account managers to explore and develop all new opportunities for refrigeration, industrial and heat transfer fluid business in China.
Work with PM team to leads Business Development projects from concept idea to commercialization of the new product / offering.
Work with PM team to defines the project strategy and project milestones and resource requirements.
Work closely with account managers to identify new opportunities and drive the development of new businesses for CPI China.
Responsible for all new opportunities the progress, keep supervisor regular updated and closely work with regional PM and technical teams to commercialize and deliver new business opportunities.
Ensure the right offers to the account managers’ new business opportunities, working closely with R/D.
Take all possible steps with Sales and R&D in order to be able to offer a technical solution matching the specifications and economically competitive.
Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry or related engineering field.
More than 5 years’ experience in petrochemical, refinery and downstream applications would be an advantage, but at least in one area is required.
Experience in technical and commercial roles – preferably in new business development and corresponding activities (e.g. development of value propositions, value-based selling and pricing, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, sales deal negotiation related to new products/offerings and new applications).
Good leadership and project management skills.
Willing to travel ≥ 50%
