RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Marketing communication and advertisement

  • Plan the annual regional event and communication calendar, and monitor the deliveries;

  • Responsible for regional adaption and translation of presentations and marketing promotion materials;

  • Organize trade shows and customer seminars;

  • Lead Wechat etc E-marketing platform management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing promotion strategy.

  • Plan and prepare marketing collaterals;

  • Embellish the marketing promotion tools to maximize the advertisement delivery in business support.

  • Competitor landscape analysis

  • Keep watch on the dynamic competition landscape and update the competitor profile quarterly.

  • Market dynamic monitoring

  • New launch, new concept, new move, or any major market dynamics which has short and long-term impact to FMCG industry.

  • Market intelligence collection

  • Use Mintel, Euromonitor to conduct market analysis and segment analysis aligned with project priority and marketing plan.

  • Market trend study

  • Collect trend information and link the trend to consumer need with industrial response, the trend study should be aligned with project/marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical relevant or marketing major;

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or business function as supporting role, experience in chemical multinationals is preferred;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel and video editing software;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and good team player;

  • Proactive and agile in learning new knowledge and skills;

  • Willing to work extra miles and achieve excellence;

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
