Receptionist, Pudong Office

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this job is to provide professional, comprehensive service included but not limit to reception, courier management, billing checking, visa application and related admin support to Lubrizol Pudong office.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Answering and handling incoming calls promptly and professionally; visitors greeting; conference room arrangement;

  2. Courier arrangement

  3. Monthly bill checking for Stationery, courier, travel ticket and related expense; expense application in SAP system; Petty cash player

  4. Liaise with related vendors such like express companies, office building management Dept., office equipment maintenance company, stationery’s suppliers and other service providers

  5. Air-tickets/train tickets/Hotel reservation and meeting arrangement

  6. Visa application

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

  1. College graduate or above, with more than 2 years related working experience;

  2. Good written and oral ability in the English language;

  3. Good computer skills, such as MS Word/ Excel/Powerpoint, etc;

  4. Professional telephone etiquette and polite manner;

  5. Effective time management and able to pay attention to detail;

  6. Customer service oriented, enthusiasm and patience.

  7. Quick learning;

  8. Team Player
