Customer Service Representative (1 Year Contract)


The customer experience representative is the focal point for a designated group of customers. The customer experience representative is responsible to ensure effective communication to the customer, to the commercial organization and between supporting departments.

The goal of the customer experience function is to deliver a perfect customer experience and make the customer feel valued during every interaction with LZ.


  • Collect and process customer orders in the Lubrizol order management system. Keep track of order status and communicate progress adequately to both internal and external customers.

  • Coordinate transport orders with LZ selected supplier for road, air, ocean freight related shipments following established processes, policies and tools

  • Issuing of relevant documents to facilitate the physical transportation of goods: Transport orders, shipping invoice, and other required documents upon request.

  • Handle all customer complaints received directly from our customers or through other internal departments.

  • Process requests for free of charge commercial product samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies, procedures and tools.

  • Work with Commercial teams on customers’ forecast, stock replenishment plan and order fulfillment.

  • Issue purchase orders for vendor services and direct materials.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing plant to handle day to day planning issues.

  1. Education Diploma or degree preferred

  2. Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience of Customer Service experience in multinational companies

  • Experience in order administration, customer service and logistics function

  • Experience in SAP system

  • Microsoft Excel, SAP

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels both internal and external

  • Team player with good attitude.
