Digital Marketing Manager
- The Digital Marketing Manager position is accountable for the digital strategy, channels and infrastructure that enable compelling market communications, services and user experiences. This position works closely with both our marketing communications team and Information Systems (IS) partners to create services and experiences valued by our customers as well as improve how we communicate our brand and value proposition to our customers. This position reports to the Manager, Digital and Educational Marketing.
Key Job Accountabilities
Oversee digital marketing projects from conception to execution and completion.
Drive the digital strategy for Lubrizol’s market messaging site: www.lubrizol360.com at http://www.lubrizol360.com/ .
Measure and report on site performance, SEO and key metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize site pages and content.
In coordination with our marketing communications team, enable our social media strategy and presence across all digital channels.
In coordination with our Information Systems team, evaluate our digital stack of technologies and recommend solutions that best enable our marketing strategy and activities.
Evaluate various digital channels to market, manage external vendors, and recommend spend for the most business impact.
Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
BS degree in marketing or a related field (MS preferred).
4+ years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing projects from concept to execution.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Experience with A/B testing and site design optimization.
Strong experience with digital vendor management.
Prior experience leading social media campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing solutions that engage, inform and motivate.
