Responsibilities

  • Manages all scheduling and onboarding activities among the recruiters, candidates and interviewing teams for North America TA teamfor a high-volume number of positions, while ensuring that the fundamentals that are required for a successful candidate experience are met

  • Master user and SME of the applicant tracking system, SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, and our interview scheduling tool Scheduling: Manages the entire cycle of the interview scheduling process:

  • Schedules meetings between hiring managers and recruiters throughout recruiting process

  • Acquires required information for requisitions and then enters/edits/revises

  • Enters interview teams, competencies and other related interview materials into SuccessFactors

  • Responsible for all interview logistics: communications, conference room reservations, visitor notifications, interview agendas for all parties involved, travel arrangements, and manages changes, when applicable Onboarding: Manages onboarding for internal/external hires

  • Initiates and manages contingencies with new hire, communicates onboarding process to new hire and collects personal information to generate payroll record

  • Handles all new hire communication: first day expectations, first day orientation (including I-9 verifications)

  • Troubleshooting onboarding errors as needed

  • Completes relevant forms/documentation to process hires, collaborating with various areas of the business

  • Assists HR representatives at various US locations with onboarding questions Miscellaneous:

  • Collects and processes TA invoices and expense reports

  • Manages/maintains the background check system

  • Manages the employee referral program

  • Handles field calls from applicants & answers their questions

  • Leads and participates in ad-hoc projects, as needed

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office Suite, SharePoint, applicant tracking systems and various programs and HRIS applications.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced matrix environment.

  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.

  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality related to candidate, associate and client information.
