The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner tasked with advising, attracting and hiring top talent needed in North America to enable the business for success. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be influencing managers and stakeholders while positioning Lubrizol to WIN in the talent market by hiring the best people. Leveraging various sales / marketing concepts, you would approach talent acquisition with the same competitiveness, urgency and rigor as our business units approach their markets. What you will do:
Manage/set expectations with business leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders while partnering to understand the recruiting needs of the business and the critical success factors that drive business growth of 3% UOI.
Drive results on requisitions through requisition management and driving entire recruitment process with measurable KPIs linked to business results.
Educate stakeholders so to hire talent that can meet both current and future talent needs.
These new hires will have skills needed for the future, with a steeper career trajectory, and the ability to transition into new roles as Lubrizol changes and grows.
Develop and execute robust recruitment search strategies (such as - cold-calling, sourcing, networking, marketing, leveraging social media, etc.) that will attract, recruit and ultimately hire top talent.
Consult stakeholders using talent market insights to ensure that Lubrizol’s attraction of talent and employer brand are constantly superior to that of our talent competitors.
What you need:
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection.
Successful track record in consulting and influencing stakeholders.
Track record of driving results
Third-party staffing, head hunting and experience of working within corporate recruiting environment.
Demonstrated experience using social media and other recruiting tools to actively recruit.
Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients.
Ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action.
Ability to use and understand metrics reports to drive action.
Self-Motived with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
